Manufacturing Capabilities – the Knight Group of companies state-of-the-art manufacturing facility consists of over 55,000 square feet of work space where our experienced and talented staff produce high quality custom-manufactured architectural products for interior and exterior spaces.

Our professional in-house team of engineering and CAD drafting staff create specifications for a wide variety of custom signage projects and our experienced craftspeople follow exact engineering specifications to manufacture a virtually unlimited array of products.

Metal Fabrication – our metal fabrication team consists of over a dozen workers grinding, cutting, bending, welding and shaping metals to meet the finite specifications of each individual job.

CNC Metal Cutting – using CAD (computer aided design) software to maximize material utilization, the finished product is cut from sheet materials up to ½” thick using large format automated CNC (computer numerical controlled) routers.

2 In-house Paint Booths – our in-house paint booths are equipped with cross draft spray systems and automated mixing equipment for exact colour matching.  Our very particular technicans produce flawless finishes on a variety of materials including metals, plastics, wood etc..
